1. What do I need to bring to for my first appointment?

You will need your passport or a copy of it, a copy of your insurance plan, a list of any medications you    might be taking, other then that we require you fill out a patient registration form on site.

 

2. How long will my first appointment last?

 This all depends on the insure or ailment as well as the number of current patients at the clinic but most patients can come in and out within 1 hour.

 

3. Do you accept my insurance?

 First Standard Poly  and Dental Clinic accepts most major insurance plans from around the world, we have a list of our most frequently used insurance plans which can be seen here but if you have a specific requirement please contact us directly to see if we accept your insurance.

 

4. Do you offer 24 hour service?

 Yes our medical clinic is open 24 hours a day with an onsite doctor at all times.

 

5. Can you come to my hotel?

 We can travel to your hotel anywhere in the Ao Nang, Railay and Klong Muang areas, please contact us here to schedule an appointment.

 

6. I would like to bring my X-ray’s home to my doctor in my home country can I do this?

 Absolutely!  after an X-Ray is taken a copy is given to you to bring home for anything you might need it for.
